Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Synerquate handles personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, request a workspace, verify contact details, use an account or tenant workspace, purchase a package, or contact support.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, company name, business role, email address, country code, mobile or WhatsApp number, selected industry, package preference, onboarding answers, support requirements, billing and transaction references, and information you provide in forms or communications.
When you use the platform, we may also process account identifiers, tenant and role assignments, authentication and verification status, IP address, browser or device information, security events, audit records, feature usage, uploaded business records, and support history.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- process enquiries and workspace requests;
- recommend and configure packages, industries, modules, and tenant access;
- verify email addresses and, when enabled, mobile-number ownership;
- prevent duplicate, automated, misleading, or fraudulent registrations;
- administer subscriptions, billing, implementation, support, and service communications;
- secure the platform, investigate misuse, maintain audit trails, and resolve incidents; and
- monitor reliability and improve our website, products, and customer experience.
Mobile Number Verification and Fraud Prevention
A country code and mobile number are required for registration. We normalize and validate the number format, screen for obvious placeholder or repeated-digit numbers, check whether the number is already associated with an account, and apply request-rate and automated-submission controls.
Format validation does not by itself prove that you own the number. Where SMS or WhatsApp verification is enabled, we may send a time-limited one-time passcode (OTP). Verification codes, delivery status, expiry times, and failed-attempt counts may be processed for account security and fraud prevention. Carrier or messaging charges may apply according to your provider.
Legal Grounds
Depending on the service and applicable law, we process information to take steps at your request, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act with your consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it, subject to lawful retention and processing already completed.
Sharing and Service Providers
Access is limited to authorized personnel and implementation teams according to operational need and customer-approved scope. We may use hosting, cloud, email, SMS or WhatsApp, payment, analytics, security, and professional-service providers that process information for defined service purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization.
ERP Data
Tenant ERP data may include customers, suppliers, employees, projects, contracts, BOQ, procurement records, documents, payment applications, invoices, payments, reports, and user activity. The customer controls the business content submitted to its tenant workspace and is responsible for its lawful collection, instructions, permissions, accuracy, and retention requirements. Access is governed by tenant, role, department, module, and workflow permissions.
International Processing
Service providers or authorized teams may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, Synerquate applies contractual, organizational, or other appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account administration, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, audit, backup, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and customer arrangement. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated when no longer required.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-aware permissions, authentication, audit records, and operational backup and recovery measures. No internet service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
Communication
We may contact submitted business contacts by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for verification, security, demo requests, package guidance, implementation planning, billing, support, and account access matters. Marketing messages, when used, should include an appropriate way to opt out; essential account, security, and transactional notices may still be sent.
Children
Synerquate is a business platform and is not intended for children. Do not submit a child's personal information through public registration or enquiry forms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The published page shows the effective and last-updated dates. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, platform, or registered contact details.
