Synerquate EIP is provided for enterprise ERP workflows including customers, projects, contracts, BOQ, procurement, finance, documents, AI assistance, approvals, SOA, and reporting. Customer-specific scope is confirmed during proposal, package selection, and implementation.
Each customer is responsible for authorized user access, company data accuracy, internal approvals, commercial decisions, document ownership, and compliance with applicable business rules in their operating country.
Configuration, onboarding, training, data migration, and support terms may vary by package, country, company size, and selected modules.
Package availability, enabled modules, user limits, project limits, AI features, domains, branding, and support scope are controlled by the active subscription and agreed implementation plan.
Customers should keep approved business records, source documents, and backup evidence according to their internal policy. Production backup, migration, retention, and recovery terms are finalized during implementation.
