Acceptance of These Terms
By registering, requesting workspace access, purchasing or using a package, or accessing Synerquate EIP, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Registration and Contact Verification
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a business email address, country code, and mobile number that you are authorized to use. You must not submit placeholder, misleading, impersonated, automated, or duplicate registrations.
Synerquate may validate contact formats, screen for duplicate or suspicious details, rate-limit requests, and require email, SMS, or WhatsApp verification. Passing a format check does not guarantee account approval. We may reject, suspend, or remove requests that cannot be verified or appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Platform Use
Synerquate EIP supports enterprise workflows such as customers, projects, contracts, BOQ, procurement, inventory, HR, finance, documents, approvals, reporting, and optional AI-assisted features. The exact package, modules, limits, implementation services, and support scope are those shown in the applicable order, proposal, subscription, or Platform Owner configuration.
Access & Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and verification codes, using accurate tenant and user information, assigning authorized roles, removing access when no longer required, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized until you notify Synerquate of misuse.
Each customer remains responsible for its business data, source documents, approvals, decisions, tax treatment, employment actions, regulatory obligations, and compliance with the laws and internal rules applicable to its operations.
Implementation & Support
Configuration, onboarding, training, data migration, integrations, support hours, service targets, and acceptance criteria may vary by package and agreed implementation scope. Customer delays, incomplete information, third-party access, or scope changes may affect delivery dates and fees.
Subscriptions & Packages
Package availability, enabled modules, usage limits, domains, branding, support, renewal, taxes, currency, payment timing, suspension, and cancellation are controlled by the active subscription and agreed commercial documents. Optional packages, modules, add-ons, and services are enabled only when purchased or otherwise expressly granted.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Synerquate to violate law or third-party rights; introduce malware; probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security; access another tenant or account without authorization; submit deceptive information; or use platform outputs as a substitute for required professional, legal, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, employment, or regulatory judgment.
Customer Data and Privacy
Customers retain responsibility for the business content they submit and for having appropriate rights, notices, permissions, and lawful grounds to process it. Synerquate processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements. You must not upload unnecessary sensitive information or share passwords or OTP codes through support channels.
AI-Assisted Features
AI-assisted features may generate incomplete or inaccurate suggestions. Authorized users must review outputs before relying on them or using them in approvals, transactions, documents, communications, or decisions. Feature availability and data-handling controls depend on the active package and configuration.
Data & Backups
Customers should retain approved source records and backup evidence according to their internal and legal requirements. Platform backup, recovery, migration, export, and retention commitments are governed by the applicable package, implementation plan, support arrangement, or written agreement.
Availability and Changes
We may maintain, secure, update, replace, or discontinue features and may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, legal, payment, or misuse reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes through appropriate channels.
Third-Party Services
Integrations, payment gateways, messaging providers, hosting services, and external links may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy practices. Synerquate is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, material breach, or at the end of the applicable subscription or agreement. Responsibilities concerning accrued fees, confidentiality, customer data, intellectual property, and lawful record retention may continue after termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, legal, or operational changes. The published page shows the effective and last-updated dates. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; material changes may require renewed notice or consent.
